We needed a new water heater installed and we were so happy to have found Tim at Caswell Pumbing!!  He responded to our call immediately and was extremely helpful  and pleasant on the phone.  Knowing we had no hot water, he made it a priority to get to our home promptly.   When he arrived he was professional and courteous as he entered our home...including putting covers on his boots!! He did a fantastic job and the work area was spotless when he left. They assessed our leaking faucet and gave us a few options to go with for a replacement. They were very clean and courteous. We will definitely use their service again.
